Orders are shipped by DHL courier.
Shipping costs are free for all products in E.U.
For countries outside the E.U. there is an extra charge of 18 euros of customs expenses and taxes of the company. (Including, Norway, Switzerland and U.K.)
The company is not responsible for any extra customs charges from the recipient’s country, and the recipient should be aware that the costs will be borne according to the taxes and expenses of his country.
The customer will be informed about the status of his order until its status is sent. From there, he will be provided with the shipment number, to track his order at any time.
The estimated shipping time is:

• If the product is available, from 2 to 4 working days
• If the product is in pre-order condition, in 4 to 8 working days

Please note, the exception is products with the following marking ( ), which are ship after consultation for the delivery time with the customer
If you select the option, order priority shipping, the estimated shipping time is:

• If the product is available, the next 24 to 36 hours
• If the product is in pre-order condition, in 2 to 4 working days.
